Hi, my name is Emma and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. Just five weeks ago, we welcomed a beautiful ex-racehorse into our lives — Fort Wayne, now lovingly known as Echo. From the moment he arrived, he’s been a gentle, affectionate soul who stole our hearts.

Unfortunately, our joy quickly turned to concern when we noticed he wasn’t quite right. After vet assessments, we received devastating news — Echo has severe kissing spine and urgently needs spinal surgery to live a pain-free life.

We always knew horses came with costs, but we never imagined facing such a serious diagnosis so early. Echo deserves a second chance — a life where he can move freely and comfortably, and enjoy his new home without pain.
