Empower Children - Change the World

Our summer enrichment camp is unique. It provides a safe, secure environment, fosters learning and instills the importance of teaching children how to set and achieve personal goals.

We have several statistics illustrating that children who languish during the summer months without either intellectual or educational stimulation can be as much as 20% - 40% behind in their ability to "catch up" after a summer recess. Our summer enrichment program can help challenge these statistics, and we greatly appreciate your support.

This year once again we will be accepting girls and boys ages 5-12 from diverse, low-income families within Bergen County, New Jersey. After 15 years as a local Bergen County Summer enrichment camp we are expanding our programs to include coding, robotics building, and a maker space.

We are seeking to raise money so that we can purchase 50 computer tablets for children's coding classes, a 3-D printer, supplies and robotics equipment .

Coding for children has so many benefits, including: 
     Children better understand the world around them.    
     Improves problem solving.    
     Improves creativity.
     Improves collaboration.
     Improves communication.
     Is fun and satisfying.
 
In addition, we offer leadership training and character building workshops. As a result of this training and our partnership with parents/guardians, all of our children have become better students, more confident individuals and will become tomorrow’s business and community leaders.
