Eccleston Arms-NO ONE GOES HUNGRY Campaign
Donation protected
The Eccleston Arms ‘NO ONE GOES HUNGRY’ Campaign in association with The Steve Prescott Foundation⭐️
As we approach lockdown again we are very aware that there will be many people within the borough that will be struggling to provide a warm meal either for themselves or for their children.
We experienced first hand just how many people required our support throughout the first lockdown & inspired by the Marcus Rashford campaign we are confident that we can help many of these again.
This time we’ll be asking for your help & donations to make this happen & together we can do this by providing FREE meals to those who need them most.
Once again Andrew Mikhail and Mikhail Group have started the ball rolling and donated the first £2000
Andrew Mikhail owner of the Eccleston Arms said “It broke my heart when I read about Marcus Rashford’s campaign, I was so thankful to St Helens Council for stepping forward and filling the void and they made sure no child went hungry during half term. Now with the forthcoming lockdown, I want to make sure that no person within the St Helens & Prescot area will go hungry. I also want to make sure my fantastic staff are kept busy at the Eccleston Arms serving our delicious take away meals to those who can afford whilst looking after the under privileged of our community.
We are going to need volunteers to help deliver and assist our staff, once again I am thankful to The Steve Prescott Foundation who will be liaising with all parties on this campaign.
Full details and the links to donate will be released later in the week.
Our takeaway/delivery service will also be continuing throughout the lockdown with any food not used at the end of each day donated to the ‘No one goes hungry’ cause. Nothing will go to waste.
