Matthew Welsh

Hi my name is Marilyn. Matthew has been fighting for his health for the last 4-5 years with alot of time spent in the hospital, travelling to other provinces looking for specialists to try to get answers to help him get back to the smiling face you see in this picture. It's been touch and go at times.

It should have been enough for anyone to go through what him and his father and sister had to endure years ago with genetic thyroid cancer and having to have their thryoids removed.

Matthew had a terrible set back a couple weeks ago with heart infection and was air lifted to Halifax Saturday for emergency surgery. He made it through the surgery. He is still intibated in hopes that his lungs will heal from the infection his heart dumped into them. Not sure how long his stay will be in Halifax. Fabian and Susan have been by his side through all of this.

If you could help in anyway it would be greatly appreciated as I'm sure anyone can understand how this would be financially difficult as well.
