Gina's Medical expenses

As everyone close to Gina knows, she has been through a lot since birth, multiple hospitalizations, multiple surgeries and now in her 30s, she has developed a lung disease called pulmonary hypertension, due to multiple blood clots over the years. Gina now needs a risky surgery to remove the clots that requires open heart surgery to help her live a normal life. She is 1 in 1000 reported cases with this issue.

She is also getting married soon, and she shouldn't have to stress about money and to be able to focus on her wedding. With all the procedures and surgeries she will have to go through in the near future, Im sure it would help just a little if we can make life a bit easier for both of them.

Please help Gina, even if its just a little, so that she and her future husband won't have the burdon of all the medical expenses that will occur, and that she can have the happy life she deserves.
