My baby sister rescued this cutie pie, Pepper, in June. She isn’t just a puppy she is a family member and now she is need of surgery on both her hips and knees. My sister, Crissi, is a sweet and caring person on a teachers salary. All she wants to do is be a good dog mom and companion to little Pepper, and is heartbroken watching her in so much pain. They have just found out that Pepper was born with a genetic issue and the only way for Pepper to walk or move without pain is with surgery.  Pepper is only 11 months old and is now not very mobile and is in constant pain.  They have received 3 different opinions and there are no other options and will cost up to $3,000 per leg.  They will be doing a full Femoral Head Ostctomy to completely remove the head of her femur and a full knee repair on both sides.   ❤️ Please help us raise some money for this very expensive surgery❤️
