Ain't no mountain high enough
We as a school (staff, students and players) will be climbing the stairs at the Rainham end to raise funds for Comic Relief.
Our aim is to climb Mount Everest 8848m throughout the school day on Friday.
This is a mammoth task but all the pupils and staff are to gear up and ascend the mini mountain of the Rainham end.
The school is aiming to achieve the UNICEF a right's respecting school award so the pupils have been studying the rights each child should have around the world and believe that all children have the right to:
An education (article 28)
A right to life (article 6)
Good quality health care, access to clean water, nutritious food and a clean environment so they will stay healthy (article 24)
The pupils believe that Comic relief stands for these rights and want to raise money to help other children.
