Just got the keys to our new restaurant. Turned up and some squatters have taken over the property.

We spoke and they are leaving. No fuss.

It's freezing outside and they have nowhere to go. I've said they can come and collect the rest of their stuff next few days.

It would be amazing if we could help them with some cash to find a place to stay....

They were polite and haven't damaged the property and they left.
