Eb's Journey 2 Heart Transplant
Ebony developed heart failure from pregnancy after giving birth to her second son. She thought she had a summer cold. She was diagnosed with PPCM (peripartum cardiomyopathy). Ebony received a heart transplant on August 20, 2020. On Friday, September 11, 2020; Ebony had a second open heart surgery to remove a large and possibly LETHAL blood clot that had formed in her new heart.
Ebony is on the road to recovery, however her plans to return to work have been halted. Her heart transplant team and family believe it’s too risky. Asking for financial help is not easy; especially when you’ve always been independent, hard working, and able to care & provide for your family.
As family & friends of Ebony we are humbly asking for your financial support on her behalf. Anything you can give to support will help. Every dollar will be used to supply needs in this season, medically, at home, etc. Your donation will help alleviate many financial burdens as Ebony continues her road to recovery
