Please help me with medical and legal expenses incurred after being in a major car accident.

Hello , my name is Ebonne Hickerson. I am 29 years old and currently live in Philadelphia County. I was passenger in a car that my boyfriend was driving when we had a major car accident, crashing into a pole in Delaware County in April 2023. Thank God I survived however, I suffered a concussion and recent scans show that I have post-concussion syndrome. Sadly, my medical treatment was not immediate. The police arrived at the scene but took us to the station instead of to the hospital to be checked out. I didn’t know that I was concussed at the time and remember little of that night.

I am an LPN that did contract nursing work during the pandemic. It burned me out and I needed a break from nursing so I was between jobs unfortunately without health insurance when the car wreck occurred. As a result, I couldn’t start my next job because of the accident and subsequent events causing me to fall behind on both rent and car payments. Now, I’m currently in need of a lawyer to help sort out the mess that I’m in now. I am in so much pain and working is very limited for me right now.
