Hello everyone and thank you for taking your time to read this. I'll make it brief. On September 1st, while I was riding my e-bike, I fell from it. I don't know how since I lost consciousness. A neighbor said he saw a car leaving the street, but he wasn't sure if that car hit me, because yes! It happened on the same street I love on. I was laid out on the pavement, blacked out, woke up with the EMTs all around me, and instantly felt extreme pain in my head and left shoulder.

It turns out that I've broken my left clavicle and fractured my skull across the back, leaving me with nonstop migraines every day. For a profession, I am a granite countertops installer, and I can't go back to that for a while since it's really heavy. In fact, I can't do much of anything. I have a loss of balance and pain that comes in waves like I've never experienced before, I blackout often, loss of coordination on my left side and nonstop sharp pain on my right side of brain/eye.

I had covered my bills for September ahead of time, but in October, I don't know what I'm going to do. So, therefore, I am here humbly asking for your help. Given that I have no family here or no one I can depend on, no matter how much, anything helps. Thanks again, and if you wish to see any documentation, I'll be happy to provide it.
