A New Wheelchair for Nolan

We are hoping to raise money to get Nolan a new manual wheelchair.  Nolan has outgrown his manual wheelchair, and insurance will only fund his powerchair.  He uses his manual chair quite a bit when is at home, when we are not able to use our accessible van, or his power chair is being repaired.  We would appreciate any help to lower the out of pocket cost to replace his manual wheelchair.
