Hola me llamo Saby Torres ,

Soy esposa de Eduardo llevamos mucho tiempo juntos ,nos conocimos en el colegio en Perú .Formando una familia teniendo a nuestro hijo Jacob ,yo viviendo en los Estados Unidos y el en Perú ,hasta que el decidió venir a los Estados Unidos para poder estar con su familia ,mi esposo llegó hace 3 años atrás ,con mucho entusiasmo en poder salir adelante trabajando muy duro para que nosotros estemos bien.

Trabajando desde muy temprano abriendo un Deli y haciendo mantenimientos de jardín .el siendo el soporte de nuestra familia ,muy querido en todo eL sector de nuestra comunidad, haciendo servicio y apoyando a los demás ,

El 7 de octubre pasado ,mi esposo tenía su cita en Inmigración en Miami ,donde el Juez desestimó su caso , y fue detenido por los agentes del ICE, en Florida ,permaneciendo detenido primero Alcatraz ,luego Lousiana después Teneesse.

Y por último en el Paso Texas

Desde ese entonces mi esposo a permanecido bajo custodia ICE ,por casi 2 meses sin recibir una audiencia,

Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para conseguir representación legal, Para que el pueda regresar a casa ,pidiendo por favor el apoyo de todos ustedes ,

A nivel emocional a afectado a mi hijo su estado al grado de llevarlo a un especialista ,

siempre está preguntando por el ,y por qué no está con nosotros .

y aveces mis respuestas no lo

convencen .

Hello, my name is Saby Torres. I am Eduardo's wife. We have been together for a long time; we met in school in Peru. We started a family with our son, Jacob. I lived in the United States and he lived in Peru until he decided to come to the United States to be with his family. My husband arrived three years ago, full of enthusiasm and eager to get ahead, working very hard so that we could be well. He works from very early in the morning, opening a diner and doing garden maintenance. He is the pillar of our family and is well-loved throughout our community, always serving and supporting others. Last October 7th, my husband had his appointment with Immigration in Miami, where the judge dismissed his case, and he was detained by ICE agents in Florida. He was held first in Alcatraz, then in Lousiana, and finally in Tennessee. And finally, in El Paso, Texas.

Since then, my husband has remained in ICE custody for almost two months without a hearing. We are doing everything possible to obtain legal representation so that he can return home, and we ask for your support. His situation has emotionally affected my son to the point that he needs to see a specialist. He is always asking about him and why he isn't with us.

And sometimes my answers don't convince him.
