- Hi, My name is Maria and I am helping to raise funds for Jen and her family! I’ve known Jen since middle school and we have been friends ever since so to see her having to go through this and worrying financially how to get through this hurts. Jen has been through a lot the last few years already loosing her mom to cancer now she,herself is battling her own fight with breast cancer. After another friend was diagnosed Jen decided to get checked. She went in for a mammogram and they saw a spot on her right breast. Additional test were order and all came back positive and her fears were now confirmed. During the biopsy they were able to remove the a lot of the cancer from the spot they found however it had already spread to her lymph nodes. She will be starting chemo this Wed 2/28. She will be out of work for awhile and her husband can’t afford to miss work and they have 2 young that depend on them, so every little bit helps! Thank you soo much in advanced
