Mandy Sanchez

Mandy Sanchez was born with a congenital heart condition which required multiple surgeries throughout her life.  On Saturday Sept 6th 2014 she went into a Flash Pulmonary Edema episode and was rushed to Mount Graham Regional Center in full cardiac arrest.  She was revived but never regained conciousness.  On Tuesday Sept 9th after her EEG showed very minimal brain activity with her family by her side, she was taken off the ventilator and she passed away at 7:42pm.  

She was 31, she was a nurse, a wonderful mom a sweet person and a great friend to all who knew her.  She leaves behind her husband of 9 years (anniversary Sept 10th), twin boy and girl age 6 months, her loving mother and sister and many other family members.  

This money will be given to her family for medical costs and funeral arrangements as well as to help her husband and children.
