Charlie Preusser was a friend, brother, advocate, and neighbor to many.  He is a legend in Chico and valued the people in his life as family considering himself rich, regardless of finances.   As we plan for to celebrate his life and memorialize his legacy, we are looking for donations to cover the cost of the events.  Charlie's wishes were to have a celebration of his life and to be cremated with his ashes scattered in the San Francisco Bay.
