Sad Update – March 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Todd has passed away.

Just a week before he left us, Todd was talking about how, once he felt strong enough to travel, his dream was to take Kalle to Disney he wanted to see the excitement and joy on her face at the happiest place on earth. Although he won’t be there physically, we want to help make that dream come true in his honour. All new funds raised will go directly toward making a Disney trip possible for Kalle. The goal is to help cover park tickets, flights, a rental car, and hopefully meals so she can fully experience the magic Todd wished for her.

Update December 2025:

Unfortunately, Todd didn’t receive the news we were hoping for from his doctor today ❤️‍

I am reopening his GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time and to allow him to focus on supporting Callie while he figures out the next steps to kick cancer’s ass.

If you’re able to help financially, it would mean more than words can say. If you’re not in a position to donate, please consider sharing this post—it truly makes a difference.

If you would prefer to help off the platform, please reach out to me directly. I’m happy to help communicate and collect any donations on Todd’s behalf so he can focus on his health and spend Christmas with Callie and his family.

If you're from Riverview, chances are you know Todd. Many of you may recognize him from the Holy Whale Beer Garden, the beloved local watering hole where he’s made countless connections and friendships.

My name is Ashley, and I own Luxe Salon in The Chocolate River Station. That’s where I met Todd and built an amazing friendship with him. He’s truly one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing.

Right now, Todd is facing the toughest fight of his life, battling stage 4 cancer. While the specifics of his treatment timeline remain uncertain, he is unable to work at the moment as he focuses on getting better.

This GoFundMe has been created for those who still wish to support Todd. The original fundraiser closed following the fundraiser night, but many people have reached out asking how they can donate so we activated this for anyone who would like to donate. Todd truly appreciates every single donation, as well as the love and support he’s received so far.
