Funeral expenses

Please help our family during this tragic time as we deal with the immense loss of our beloved mother, Yolonda Curry. She was unexpectedly taken from us far too soon on April 6, 2020 due to COVID-19 related complications. We are truly devastated by her passing.

Yolonda was a loving and dedicated mother to Naji Curry and Keion Anderson. While dealing with her own battle with diabetes, she always prioritized the importance of an education. She managed to send both her sons to St. Benedict’s Prep and then to college. Her proudest moment was seeing both of them graduate from college with honors. Through her determination, selflessness, and compassionate nature, she single handedly raised two strong, intelligent, and giving gentlemen. Yolonda was truly a blessing and a loving mother figure to any and all she would meet. She treated everyone as her own. She will be deeply missed.

During this time of grief, Naji has unfortunately been hospitalized with pneumonia and is being treated at a nearby hospital. It is our hope that these financial contributions will allow Naji to focus on recovering and grieving during this very difficult time.

We would like to thank everyone who has been with us, reached out to us, and kept our family in your prayers. We would like to provide Naji and Keion with some peace of mind during this very difficult time. The conditions caused by COVID-19 have left them to grieve at a distance and robbed them the comfort of being surrounded by their loved ones.
