THE FIRST IN AUSTRALIA to be built.  A unique design that uses renewable energy systems to cool temperatures in Tropical /Dry Climates 
EAT SHOOTS AND LEAVES Is a small Boutique Microgreen Business operating in Port Douglas, Far North Queensland.

Ange Constable sole owner, operator has built her business around passionately growing, ethically grown seeds (non GMO), in a chemical free, soil enviorment, in the beautiful Mowbray Valley.
She now grows for 20 restaurants and cafe in the local Port Douglas area.
Operates a Local Run, every Wednesday, that delivers free round her Shire.
And is known as "The Sunflower Lady" at Mossman Markets, where you will find her each Saturday, selling her favourite, and most popular crop of Sunflower Microgreens and in-season, cut to order salad micro mixes.

Ange is raising funds to buy a specially designed NVAC Greenhouse that actually, cools down the temperatures inside the greenhouse during tropical summers, this will enable her to grow all year round using water harvesting methods, 2 x solar pumps, and water tanks to make her project, self sustainable, increasing yields, and expand growing particular varieties of greens that wont usually grow in spring/summertime tropical Australian heat.

This will be the first one built in Australia!

Ange is looking to start buliding in 3 mths, and will document the construction along the way. With support from its inventor Lucas Mc Cartney.

Creating this Greenhouse will allow Ange's small business to grow, not only organic food for her community and area, but create education module to teach people of all walks of life, how to run a small business, grow their own food, using sustainable practises, on a successful small scale project.
