Eaton Fire Job Loss: Wendy Needs Support

My name is Wendy Vega. I’ve decided to create this account to possibly take some financial stress off my fiancé's shoulders. With a heavy heart today, I am reaching out to my community. Although we are extremely grateful that our home wasn’t lost in the Eaton fire, unfortunately, my fiancé's job was destroyed. This sudden and unforeseen event has left him without employment, and as a result, we are struggling to cover our next month’s rent and some other expenses.

I am 6 weeks postpartum and have not yet been able to get a job to help him with financial support. He does not like to ask for donations; he’d simply be appreciative if any of you would offer him a job. However, I think this is the time we put our pride aside and ask our community for help. If you are in a position to help, even with a small donation, or simply by just sharing this post, it would be a great relief for us as we navigate this hardship. Any support would be deeply appreciated, and we would be incredibly grateful for your generosity as these donations will be going towards our rent and utility bills for at least this upcoming month as we both get a job.
