On October 26th, Eastern Gaels will walk out onto the hallowed turf of Hastings Insurance MacHale Park for our first ever Junior A County Final — a moment 41 years in the making. Since our founding in 1984, this dream has lived in the hearts of generations of players, coaches, and supporters. Now, it’s our time. This final isn’t just about silverware — it’s about pride, perseverance, and the power of community. It’s for every young Gael who dares to dream, for every volunteer who kept the flame alive, and for every child in Eastern Gaels colours who now sees what’s possible. This is for East Mayo.
