Welcome aboard the Easter Parade team! This film is my capstone project for my Bachelor of Arts degree at Emerson College. In other words, it's the culmination of my four years of studying film, and I need your help to make it a reality!

About The Movie
Easter Parade sets out to explore the concept of nostalgia, memory, dreams, and the misinterpretation of infatuation for love. Can our dreams be more important to us than our realities? Do the false narratives we form to cope with sadness become our memories? And are our identities nothing more than a collection of these fabricated memories? Tune into Easter Parade to find out! (Plus we have a dance number)
The Process (So Far)
Our extremely talented cast and crew, comprised of students from Emerson, BU and NYU, have been working on the film since early January. We have completed shooting the majority of the project, however, we still have a long ways to go in the post-production process. Below are some stills from the shoot:
What We Need The Money For
Reimbursement for production costs including:
-transportation
-meals
-set design
-costume design
-equipment/data storage
Additionally, we plan to submit this film to festivals come the fall, and need funds to cover submission fees.
We've come a long way since we began Easter Parade, but we need your help to take us to the end. This film and everyone involved mean a tremendous amount to me, and any amount of help is extremely appreciated!
