Coaches walk it, kids run it, together we achieve it!

Our Under-8s football team is full of passion, determination, and the love of the game. Week in, week out, these young players show up with smiles on their faces, ready to learn, grow, and play their hearts out. Now, they’ve been given an incredible opportunity: to take part in a football tournament away from home.

This is more than just a chance to play football. It’s about teamwork, building confidence, creating memories, and giving every child the opportunity to experience something special. For many of them, this will be their very first time playing in a tournament like this — the excitement is huge!

But as with all things, there are costs involved. Travel, accommodation, tournament entry fees — it all adds up quickly. We want to make sure no child is left behind because of financial pressures, and that’s why we’re reaching out for support.

To help raise the money, our dedicated manager and coaches will be taking on a huge challenge: walking 22 miles from Eastbourne Pier to Brighton Pier! (29th March 2026!) Meanwhile, the children will also be doing their part — completing a 5k seafront run to cover the same distance as a team. (Date tbc)
