East Moline Bike Project

Students from Glenview Middle School in East Moline IL started a small business last year to help raise funds to go on a class trip to Washington DC. These students built a business, a paletero bike, and sold paletas/popsicles with the help  of the East Moline Quad Cities community all summer long.

The students raised enough money to go on the trip. They also raised enough money to help others pay for their trip and left start up money so that next years class could also earn their way to DC.

Recently their bike was stolen from storage and they will not have the money to replace it unless we all come together and help them purchase a new bike.
