It is with broken hearts that we share the sudden passing of Donna, whose cancer diagnosis and death came less than a month apart. The shock of losing her so quickly has shaken the Zelch family to their core.

Donna was unforgettable. She lit up every room she walked into—instantly. Her sharp, witty humor arrived before she did, and no one could escape her perfectly timed jokes. If you came to her heavy or hurting, you always left lighter, smiling, and feeling seen. She carried the rare gift of making others feel better just by being herself.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend—roles she embraced with a full heart. She loved cooking for those she loved, decorating for every holiday, and giving back to her community through volunteer work.
