I am asking for help for my dear friend of over 25 years, Celia Girard and her husband Mike. They would never ask for help, but they are the first to help others in a time of need. They are always there in a time of need for anyone. If you know the Girards, you know they are both huge animal lovers. They have adopted many cats over the years from shelters, loving them till they go over the rainbow bridge. Celia volunteers for a program that feeds feral cats and often transports for an animal rescue too. This past year has been a lot for them; they moved to a new home, lost their cat Zeus recently to fast-moving cancer, and today their girl cat Joy suffered a medical emergency. She is stable but serious in the hospital. I would like to help the Girards by easing their financial burdens a little. If you have the means and can help, even in a small way, it would be so appreciated!!!
