Life recently shifted in a way I never imagined. I recently had my first mammogram which led to finding out that I have breast cancer. I’m still processing what the road ahead will look like. What I do know is that treatment, recovery, and simply managing day-to-day life bring challenges I can’t face without help.

As much as I wish pride and fear weren’t in the way, the truth is our financial responsibilities don’t pause during hard times. Medical expenses, bills, and daily needs continue to add up, and it’s more than my family can manage on our own.
