Hi, we’re creating this fundraiser on behalf of our incredible mom, who is currently facing the most difficult battle of her life, stage 4 colorectal cancer.

After a courageous fight over the years, we’ve recently learned that the cancer has spread to her lungs and pelvis. Her condition is terminal, and the chemotherapy, though well-intentioned, has taken a serious toll on her quality of life. At this stage, our focus is on keeping her as comfortable, peaceful, and supported as possible.

Our parents are both retired and living on a fixed income. As anyone who has faced a cancer diagnosis knows, the medical bills, transportation costs, medications, and the sheer emotional weight of it all can become overwhelming. We’re currently navigating mounting expenses related to:

• Medical co-pays and out-of-pocket treatment costs

• Specialized medications for pain and symptom relief

• Supportive care services (like palliative or hospice care)

• Transportation to and from appointments

• Household needs while my father serves as her full-time caregiver
