On 5/12/26, I was diagnosed with Stage 5 kidney disease. I've been trying to get FMLA situated but having some issues because the doctor isn't compliant with filling that information out. Because of this, I'm missing working and behind on bills. Currently working on getting another nephrologist. Along with this, I will be starting dialysis soon and will be needing help with paying for the surgery needed for the fistula. It's stressful, to say the least. We're also trying to get the kidney transplant, but I must change some things before I can be considered for a transplant.

I hate bothering people with my struggles because I don't want to burden anyone, but I'm running out of ideas. Please help me to make this life change easier.
