Easing the Burden of Glenn's Sudden Loss

Hi my name is Courtney and it is with a tremendously heavy heart that my family and I share the unexpected and tragic loss of my dad Glenn Carlson on May 10th at the age of 59. A couple weeks ago he had to have emergency surgery to repair a hernia that rapidly got out of hand and was recovering well. Sadly his health declined and he passed away from complications after the fact.

My dad was a truly a remarkable man-hardworking, loving, sarcastic, and devoted to his family. For almost 31 years he’d been a loving husband to my mom Terri Carlson. He showed his love to us everyday both through words and acts of service. This heartbreaking loss comes only 3 years after the extremely sudden passing of my 22 year old sister Jessica from COVID.

As we face this painful time my family and I are coming to our community of people for support. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the financial burdens that come with such a sudden loss and offer comfort to my family navigating deep grief.
