My old roommate stuck me with the full water bill for a house I moved out in in February. My responsibility toward the $651 was around $150-200. I am only seeking the portion that wasn’t used by me. This utility bill was in my name, while power was in hers. Water is billed quarterly- hence why it’s so large.

My savings is depleted after having to pay $5,000 termination fee to flee. Anything helps and I thank you in advance. I will also take motivational words, if you cannot support financially.
