My name is Gabriel Roca, nephew of my beloved Aunt Mary Guerra who fought the good fight against the corona virus pandemic in New Jersey and became an angel of our Heavenly Father on April 6, 2020.  She was loved by those around her for being a great and loving mother, wife, aunt, daughter, grandmother, and friend. She was like family to even strangers. She always loved me as one of her own, and I am grateful for her example of serving and taking care of people.  This was especially exemplified during her work as a certified nursing assistant, despite the many physical challenges she had.   

I am setting up this GoFundMe for my Uncle Ricardo Guerra, who currently is quarantined in his home with one of his sons due to the circumstances of this current pandemic. No visits are allowed, not even from close family, friends, and even his other children, making it much more difficult to console and support him in person.  During this difficult time, I am trying to help alleviate any financial stress that will be coming his way so that he could just focus in mourning the departure of his love and his own physical and mental health, especially with all of these limitations and restrictions due to this corona virus.   The monetary goal is to help pay for funeral and medical costs and help cover a little bit of his personal costs due to a reduced source of income.    

My Aunt Mary Guerra became an angel too soon and my Uncle Ricardo Guerra will have to learn to live without her for a time.  I know that any financial help would help him get back on his feet and ease the burden of an angel leaving us so soon. 

 

*Due to things being up in the air due to COVID-19, I am requesting for all potential donors to donate within 2-3 weeks.  Anything will help. 

*My Uncle Ricardo Guerra will be in charge of all the final expenses.  He is not aware of this GoFundMe and so I know he will be very humbled by everyone’s love and support and feel blessed.

Mi nombre es Gabriel Roca, sobrino de mi querida Tía Mary Guerra quien luchó con todo contra la pandemia del corona virus en Nueva Jersey y se convirtió en un angel de nuestro Padre Celestial el 6 de abril del 2020.  Ella fue amada por todos los que estuvieron a su alrededor e incluso la consideraban como parte de sus familia por ser una buena y amorosa madre, esposa, tía, hija, abuelita y amiga. Ella siempre me quiso como si fuera su hijo y estoy agradecido por su ejemplo de servicio y amor al cuidar a otras personas, especialmente demostrándolo en su trabajo como asistente de enfermera a pesar de sus desafíos físicos.  

Estoy haciendo esta cuenta de GoFundMe para apoyo a mi Tio Ricardo Guerra quien actualmente está en cuarentena en su casa con uno de sus hijos por la circunstancias de esta pandemia. No tiene permitido visitas de familia, amigos ni de sus otros hijos y esto es muy difícil para poder consolarlo y apoyarlo en persona. Durante esto tiempo difícil, estoy tratando de ayudarlo para aliviar su estrés financiero que le vendrá y así pueda enfocarse solamente en la partida de su Amor y el cuidado de su salud especialmente con todas estas limitaciones y restricciones por el corona virus. La meta monetaria es para ayudar con los gastos médicos, funerarios y ayudar un poco con sus gastos personales debido a la reducción de ingresos.

Mi Tía Mary Guerra se convirtió en un angel muy pronto y mi Tío Ricardo Guerra va tener que aprender a vivir sin ella por un tiempo. Sé que cualquier ayuda financiera le ayudará a aliviarse un poco de la carga de la partida de su amada esposa y angel.
