My name is Valerie White and my son, Keith Mason, went to the hospital on Dec 26, 2025, for bone surgery for a hereditary condition he has suffered with since birth. The surgery was to remove some bone growths and straighten his leg. However, due to major complications in the surgery, it has led to long hospital stays (almost a month in total) and many subsequent surgeries (5 in total).

After this last attempt to save the leg went south, Keith had to have his leg amputated below the knee.

Due to the active nature of his work and him having to constantly be on his feet, he is now out of work. He has a newborn to provide for and rising medical bills.

The doctors are telling him his road to recovery is going to be long (over 12 months) and very strenuous and will result in many more doctor appointments.

We are hoping that you would be able to help ease some of this burden on his family that this incident has caused. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
