I am a close friend of Jimmy Louis Horton and his family. I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of his loved ones to help ease the financial burden they are facing during this heartbreaking time. Our hearts are broken over the tragic passing of Jimmy Louis Horton in Jackson, MS. After surviving multiple strokes and showing incredible strength for years, Jimmy was tragically hit while in his wheelchair and lost his life.

He leaves behind his 15-year-old daughter, her mother, along with his grieving mother and father.

We have set up a GoFundMe with a goal of $5,000 to help cover funeral expenses, medical bills, and to provide support for his daughter during this difficult time. We are not sure on the exact date of his memorial service or funeral as we have to aquire the funds to have one. When there is one it will be at Baldwin funeral home. His mother and father are in nursing homes so they can only do so much.
