My friend Curt Haskell has been valiantly fighting stage 4 cancer for several years. He is now hospitalized in the ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Curt, his wife Chrissey, and their daughter Kira have carried the heavy weight of cancer as long as they can.

As this has been happening, Chrissey's mom, Sherry, has also been diagnosed with cancer. Chrissey's dad, Rob, along with Chrissey, has been superhuman in caring for everybody for a long time.

Their family is, and has been, strong, resilient, and would never be inclined to ask for help.

So I am asking for them.

I know so many of you have wanted to help along the way. Here's a great place to start.

Their medical expenses, grocery bills, hotel stays, and fuel costs to and from Boston are adding up rapidly, and I am asking for your help in easing this financial burden.

Curt is truly one of the good ones. Let's make sure he knows we're there for him and his family, just as Curt and his family have been there for so many of us.
