Easing the Burden for Carly and Her Young Family

6/26/25 On behalf of the family we cannot thank you enough for your generosity and support. Whether it was monetary, prayers or check-ins it has been a tremendous comfort to us.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We are beyond devastated of the tragic loss of Dejay Ducharme. He leaves behind his wife, Carly and his children Grant, Wayne and Faye (5, 4 and 2 years old). His work ethic was like no other and it started

at a young age, working with his dad and helping his older brothers build their own homes. What he learned through the years helped him support himself and build his family home and larger than life garage that he was so happy to share with everyone. If Dejay was not working, his kids were happily by his side. They were infatuated with their Daddy and wanted to be just like him.

As Carly navigates the next hours, days and months ahead, we are hoping to ease the immediate financial burden and provide some stability so she can take a breath as she focuses on acclimating to her new life without Dejay physically present.

Dejay will sorely be missed. He didn't require much as long as he had his friends, family, the outdoors, canadian maple syrup and a platter of authentic poutine, he was content.
