Billy Howe, age 54, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, December 20, 2025.

His daughter, Desi, and son, Dustin Howe, lovingly made all arrangements for a beautiful funeral service held on December 29, 2025. Many of these arrangements were made with the understanding—based on information provided by the insurance company—that a policy was in place to help cover funeral expenses, easing some of the financial burden during this difficult time.

As they began finalizing matters afterward, they contacted the insurance company, only to learn that they had been given incorrect information. Unfortunately, no such policy existed. As a result, Desi and Dustin are now fully responsible for the funeral costs.

They are facing this unexpected financial hardship while also trying to manage their father’s home, belongings, and outstanding obligations (including the remaining balance on their mother's funeral arrangements) —all while being given little time to properly mourn the sudden loss.
