Hello, my name is Tammie Perkins, I am a healthcare worker for Corewell Health of Michigan. I am preparing to leave Michigan and relocate to Tennessee to support my sister(Stasy Puff), who has been accepted onto the heart transplant list at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. This is a critical and emotional time for our family, and I have made the decision to step away from my job/family, so I can be by her side and help care for her throughout this process. This is a now never period in her life. She currently has a LVAD(hospital pics above)and Pacemaker w/ defibrillator. She is a high risk candidate.

I am seeking support to help cover basic living and transition expenses during this time, including travel, and everyday necessities. Any contribution—no matter the size—will help ease the financial burden and allow me to focus fully on being present for my sister when she needs me most.
