Hi everyone,

The last 3 weeks have been incredibly challenging for my sister Stephanie (as pictured above). What started as a few visits to the doctor resulted in an unexpected and lengthy hospital stay. She was initially admitted due to Sepsis. Her labs were not showing improvement until multiple trials of various antibiotics. Further diagnostic testing showed 2 mass-like consolidations on her lungs, and she had a chest tube put in to drain the infection/fluid.

While it appears that Stephanie is finally on the road to recovery, the time away from work has led to a significant loss of income. She is motivated to return to work as soon as she is physically capable, but she will still need to take time off for follow-up visits. Between medical deductibles and daily living expenses, the financial strain has become overwhelming.

We are reaching out to our family and friends to help ease this burden so Stephanie can focus on healing. While she is working to get back on her feet, your donations will go toward: rent, outstanding medical bills, follow-up treatment, groceries, and recovery supplies.
