Hi, my name is Jasmine I’m asking for support for Kaylynn, as she faces yet another unimaginable battle.
At just 26 years old, Kaylynn has already beat Ewing Sarcoma as a child, lived with ulcerative colitis for over 15 years, and now is battling Crohn’s disease.
Today she faces a new diagnosis:
Pancreatoblastoma. An exceptionally rare and aggressive form of pancreatic cancer.
She is already scheduled for surgery to remove the mass, and there is a very strong possibility that chemotherapy will be needed afterward. Doctors can’t make a final decision on treatment until they can fully assess how advanced the cancer is following surgery. Living in New Hampshire, over an hour and a half from the hospital in Portland, she will need to travel back and forth frequently, as well as stay in Maine for extended periods before and after the procedure and throughout treatment.
Kaylynn is a devoted wife and stay at home mother of three kids. Chris will need to miss work to care for them as well as Kaylynn during her recovery. With daily expenses already on the rise and the added factor of lost income, the financial strain is overwhelming.
We are asking for help to ease the financial burden so they can focus on Kaylynn’s health. Donations will go toward travel, lodging, and everyday expenses during this incredibly difficult and unpredictable time.
I understand times aren’t great for anyone, so please if you’ve made it this far and are unable to support them financially, I ask that you please share this and keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you so much for your support.
