Hello, my name is Xavier Chapman-Hire. I am raising funds for my father, Jonathan, who has liver cirrhosis and who is now experiencing liver failure. In order to survive he will need a transplant to survive. Right before his diagnosis he was laid off from his place of work which leaves him with no health insurance. This has left him without the resources he needs to cover basic living expenses and mounting medical bills. He is in no state to work with his conditions, often left being dazed and confused.

Jonathan is a devoted father, son, and brother. He has touched many of our lives and is the strongest person I’ve known. Between the illness and financial strain he is going through so much struggle trying to get better and as stubborn as a man he is, he needs help.
