Dear friends and family,

With heavy hearts, we share that our beloved mother, Mama Mayo, passed away on Wednesday, July 16th. As we prepare to lay her to rest, we are reaching out for support during this incredibly difficult time.

Unfortunately, our mother did not have life insurance, and the full financial burden of the funeral expenses has fallen on my sister and me. Like many others, we are living paycheck to paycheck, and covering these unexpected costs has proven to be extremely challenging.

This loss is especially difficult as we are still healing from the passing of our father, Papa Mayo, just three years ago. While we take comfort in knowing that they are now reunited, the emotional and financial weight has been overwhelming.

Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to us and help lighten the load as we honor our mother’s memory.
