My name is David. I hate to go back to this well so soon, but I recently ended up in the hospital for several days with worrisome foot issues. While I do have insurance, it's not very good, and does not tend to pay for nearly all the costs involved. On top of that, there are follow up appointments and such, and since we're shortly entering a new year, that leads to a whole second deductible I just cannot cover. Add to all of this that I'm not the only person in the house with medical issues, and you have a perfect storm.

I'm hoping to raise whatever I can to help out and make this easier, especially with the holidays pretty much here.
