UPDATE:
Thank you so much to everyone who has donated and shared this! It has been overwhelming see everyone who loves and cares for Allyson show up. As many of you may know, not long after starting this and the news of her mother’s cancer, Allyson’s mom left this earth to join her husband, daughter, and first grand baby. The family has been left to now navigate this tremendous loss of their matriarch. On top of this, Allyson’s daughter Madison, has been given a diagnosis of returned hydrocephalus they thought she’d overcome as a baby . They are now likely looking at brain surgery for her, yet unsure which route will be taken. If you’re able, I’m asking for who ever can to continue helping Allyson. Even if it’s just sharing of this post, everything counts! Thank you again to her amazing community of friends and family for showing up for her and her girls, and making sure they know they still have family!

Allyson Lee is one of the most selfless people you will ever meet. She is the person who shows up, who helps without being asked, and who carries others through their hardest moments even when her own heart is heavy.
Over the last 2 years, Allyson and her girls have endured unimaginable loss. She held her sister as she took her final breath just 21 months ago. Only six weeks ago, she held her father as he passed. And now, she is facing the heartbreak of watching the woman who gave her life slowly leave this world.
Two days before Christmas, Allyson and her family received devastating news. Her mother’s cancer has returned, and it is aggressive. After meeting with doctors and reviewing all available options, the reality is that there is no cure. The focus now is comfort and quality of life.
Allyson has taken a leave from work so she can be with her mother during this incredibly difficult time. She wants to be present for every moment, every appointment, every conversation, and every chance to offer comfort and love.
This GoFundMe has been created to help ease the financial burden that comes with medical expenses, time away from work, travel costs, daily living expenses, and end of life care. No family should have to choose between being with a loved one and worrying about how the bills will be paid.
If you are able to donate, please know that any amount helps and is deeply appreciated. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page and keeping Allyson and her family in your thoughts and prayers means more than words can express.
Thank you for supporting a woman who has spent her life supporting others.
