It is very difficult to write this due to the nature, and as you know me, you know I don't ask for help very often, if ever. I'm very stubborn and do things myself. But recently, my stepmother, who is my mom, was diagnosed with double lung cancer and brain cancer. It is inoperable, and unfortunately, there isn't anything that can be done besides keeping her comfortable and pain-free.

With the medical bills piling up, rent, utilities, and eventually preparing for the worst, the debt is becoming difficult to keep up with. She is retired, living off of social security and a very small pension. We are doing what we can to keep things afloat. Medicare/Medicaid will only pay for 5 days of hospice care, so she has chosen home hospice. It has come to the point that she needs round-the-clock care and will be needing to move into a facility. After the 5 days, it will cost upwards of $500.00 per day. So I am reaching out and asking if you are able to help out, I would be really appreciative, and I know she will as well. I just want her to be comfortable and pain-free. Thank you in advance.
