It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Billy Young. In the aftermath of this loss, his family is facing immense challenges. Billy’s wife, who was his primary caregiver, recently lost her job due to the demands of caring for him, and with two children to support, their struggles have only deepened.

As a Mess, a Navy family, and as friends, we have the opportunity to rally around them in their time of need. We are organizing a “pass the hat” to collect donations to help ease their financial burden, allowing his wife to focus on their family without additional worries. The money raised will help cover all additional costs they are facing during this difficult time.

Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful impact. This is our chance to show that they are not alone—that we stand with them, shoulder to shoulder, during this incredibly difficult time.
