Let me start by saying my dad would KILL ME if he knew I was doing this on his behalf but I'll ask for forgiveness later :)  My dad is a VERY proud man and never wants to be a burden on anyone. He's the hardest working man in any room guaranteed and has a heart of gold. We recently received news that he will require a triple bypass surgery to clear his heart of severe blockages due to a number of factors (genetics, etc.) and this means months off work. After nearly passing out at home last night, he was taken to Foothills to be tested. We thought a stent would suffice but sadly that was not the case.  We learned his heart is quite damaged with blockages in all arteries (one is 100% blocked) and the main is 90% blocked.

Dr's said if he waited any longer to come in her would not be with us today...  He is currently at Foothill and waiting for details of his surgery  - unable to move from his bed as he's very high risk right now.  As the sole provider for his family,  there are going to be financial stresses over the next few months that he just can't worry about right now.

We are asking or the support of our friends, family, and strangers at this time to help us help our dad focus on his personal health and wellness (for once in his life)  and NOTHING ELSE! The funds we raise will be used to cover day to day expenses, medical expenses (parking is crazy y'all!) and other unforeseen items that can't be covered by his reduced benefit's income.
