Please help Don's family

My Brother-in-law Don has been fighting through a rare form of Parkinson's disease that will take him from his beautiful family. He was given 3 to 5 years, no cure. It's been 4 years and he is now having moments of paralysis. This is the end stages. I would like to help ease his families burdens. Hospital bills are beginning to pile up for them. Please help however you can. I know things are tight for everyone. I would appreciate the help for them. Much love to all
