To my friends, brothers and sisters of this land,

I'm Faissal and I have recently left my home country of Morocco to live in the UK with my wife, Emma. My immediate family living in Taghazhout, Agadir are thankfully safe. We have lost some family friends and our hearts are deeply saddened by the ever increasing stories of those that have been utterly devastated by this Earthquake. The worlds news has only illustrated a snapshot of the widespread destruction, with those living the most humble lives in the Atlas mountains seemingly the most affected.

We have close friends from Taghazout living in UK and we are in regular contact with our family and friends in Morocco. Individually and collectively we are on a mission to provide essential aid including food, water, clothing, medication, tents to affected communities. We have a dedicated group of friends that will oversee any distribution of aid to ensure your donation goes directly to those in need. I (Faissal) will also be travelling in Morocco at the beginning of October to see what other aid and practical support is needed.
