Hi, my name is Mindy, and I am fundraising for my friend Ebony and her family in the Philippines. Their hometown, Bogo City, was the epicenter of the devastating magnitude 6.9 earthquake that struck on September 30, 2025, at 9:59 PM.

Ebony’s family home was badly damaged — about 70% destroyed — with deep cracks throughout the structure, several collapsed walls, and piles of fallen debris. Since then, they have been forced to sleep outside in an open garage and makeshift tents, with very limited access to food, water, and communication.

Because they live in a remote area, it has been extremely difficult for relief goods and assistance to reach them. Ebony’s family is in urgent need of support to meet their basic needs and begin rebuilding their lives after this tragedy.
